FreeLinc is committed to delivering the highest quality service to our customers. Our core team represents a solid communication engineering background and we are very familiar with the evolution of from Mil-Std 2167 to the current Carnegie Mellon Capability Maturity Model® Integration process. Our quality assurance process is heavily leveraged on those principals of continual improvement of existing processes. Through documented processes, talented individuals and by embracing technological advances, FreeLinc provides customers with quality service, within cost and on schedule.
Quality has no meaning if it cannot be measured. Early on, FreeLinc developed metrics that quantify quality. W. Deming said “In God we trust, all others bring data.” Our metrics, backed by data, demonstrate to our customer the value and quality of our product and services.
After accepting a task order, quality of service is monitored by the PM through the metrics established for the project. These metrics are provided to the customer. Additional metrics are added as required to insure the needs of the customer are met and all performance criteria are addressed.
